Business Consultant - Green growth

We are looking for a Business Consultant to join our growing team in Helsinki. This opportunity is for you if you are passionate about accelerating the green transition and the sustainable growth of companies. We are looking for a person with 5-10 years of consulting experience topped with hunger to learn and develop together with our experienced and passionate team.
You will be in the forefront of building good businesses for our clients - hands-on. Your role and responsibilities include:
Conducting assessments and analyses to identify sustainable growth opportunities for our clients.
Creating business concepts and plans for our clients together with other team members.
Preparing workshops, producing materials and coordinating customer co-operation.
Participating in sales work, i.e. identifying the needs of existing and potential customers, creating opportunities for collaboration and building solutions to customers together with the team.
Joining the development of the Good Ventures offering and ways of working.
You could be a perfect fit for Good Ventures if you have:
At least five years of experience in business consulting and/or new business development with strong project management skills.
Experience from business modeling and/or financial modeling for different types of businesses.
Experience from sales work.
Ability to work independently and willingness to belong to a team.
Excellent verbal, visual and written communication skills in Finnish, English and Swedish.
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
Experience from sustainability in business strategy and business development context.
